Tim C. Hammer was selected as the recipient of the 2021 POAC Best Student Paper Award. Tim C. Hammer was a Ph.D. student at the Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands. The title of his paper was "A 2D test setup for scaled real-time hybrid tests of dynamic ice-structure interaction". The award was presented at the closing ceremony.
