For POAC'15 Jochen Tijsen was selected as the recipient of the 2015 POAC Best Student Paper Award. Jochen Tijsen was a M.Sc. student at the Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands. The title of his paper was "Laboratory Examination of Ice Loads and Effects on Concrete Surgaces from Bi-Axial Collision and Adhesion Events". The award was presented at the closing ceremony.
